Clint was an essential partner as our Collaboration Team explored the feasibility of bringing our two Associations together. His consultation was very effective in sharpening our strategic focus and developing a clear map for our future growth. His breadth of experience in the REALTOR® Association world was invaluable to our Team especially when we found ourselves in a difficult situation. One of our Boards was not convinced the merger was in the best interest of the members and voted to suspend further negotiations. He provided creative strategies to encourage leadership to refocus their deliberations on the long-term benefits of the consolidation. Once the Board employed these strategies, it resulted in a successful merger vote by both Boards of Directors and ultimately the two memberships
