  • Prem Luthra will lead T3's technology M&A division as its senior vice president of mergers and acquisitions.

  • Dan Breault will lead executive recruiting and talent placement as the vice president of T3 Talent.

  • Liz Tewksbury joins the organized real estate business team as a technical consultant.

As vice president of T3 Talent, the industry's leading executive search and placement service, Dan Breault will help clients find, attract and hire top talent by personally conducting executive searches during the hiring process. In this new role, Breault will leverage his 17+ years of experience in the residential real estate industry, including within organizations and franchises, as well as his own experience as a business owner.

Liz Tewksbury, a veteran in organized real estate, will provide strategic and technical guidance to MLSs and associations in her role as a consultant for T3 Sixty. With 12+ years of industry experience, Tewksbury has gained a reputation for creating long-lasting relationships and strong results in her previous roles at a large regional MLS and with a prominent industry vendor. She has also served as an advisor to the Real Estate Standards Organization (RESO) and holds the CMLX2 designation.
