Katie Shotts
Senior Vice President, Organized Real Estate
Katie brings a wealth of experience and insight to the team organized real estate team. With more than 15 years of experience leading REALTOR® associations in both Tennessee and Florida, she has developed expertise in areas such as leadership training, governance and communications.

Eben Moran
Vice President, Organized Real Estate
Eben brings deep MLS, technology, and association operations expertise to MLS, technology, and association clients. He has more than a decade of senior leadership experience, along with hands-on experience as a licensed agent and broker. Previously, he served as VP of MLS Services at Stellar MLS and as VP of Business Tech & MLS Services at the Naples Area Board of REALTORS®, where he led MLS operations.
