Dawn brings two decades of event planning experience as the new VP of Event Operations for T3 Sixty. Coming from the real estate world, Dawn worked at Keller Williams International for 16 years serving as Gary Keller's book tour manager and as part of the team that produces the real estate industry's largest event, Family Reunion. From Keller Williams International, Dawn moved on to a new role where she successfully merged the top two Keller Williams real estate teams into Place - 50 teams across the US and Canada under one umbrella. She then moved on to help relaunch Star Power as the Director of Events and Operations. She is passionate about education, growth, and seeing the best in everyone. Her relationship-based approach to challenges serves her well, and her love of people shines in everything she does. Dawn also holds a Master Certified Life Coach certificate and enjoys coaching people to be their best.
