With 25 years of executive search experience, Mike takes a hands-on approach to solving clients' most critical organizational challenges. His background spans serving as a founding partner of a search firm, leading internal executive talent acquisition teams and acting as a principal for one of the world's largest executive search firms. His track record as a recruiting partner spans multiple industries, including residential real estate, and encompasses all key functional roles, including C-suite, marketing, operations, IT, finance, sales and human resources. Mike focuses on understanding each client's needs and building strategic solutions that drive organizational growth.
Director of Talent
Shannon assists our clients throughout the hiring process, as well as oversees project management within the division. Additionally, Shannon helps maintain the candidate database and keeps all information and processes up to date for current projects, clients and candidates. She has worked in the residential real estate industry for 20+ years, with a background in instructional design and training as well as project management and operations, and is a subject matter expert on hiring for real estate brokerages.
