Shannon assists our clients throughout the hiring process, as well as oversees project management within the division. Additionally, Shannon helps maintain the candidate database and keeps all information and processes up to date for current projects, clients and candidates. She has worked in the residential real estate industry for 20+ years, with a background in instructional design and training as well as project management and operations, and is a subject matter expert on hiring for real estate brokerages.
