T3 Sixty, the residential real estate brokerage industry’s leading management consulting and research firm, announced the formation of T3 Talent, an executive hiring and search service for franchisors, brokerages, MLS firms, Realtor associations and related service providers.

Kelly White, a real estate executive with over 25 years of experience in training, coaching and helping businesses develop their talent resources, will lead this new initiative. Previously, she held management positions with Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate, boutique brokerage The GoodLife Team and Keller Williams Realty. White has a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Texas.

T3 Talent’s turnkey service will help firms secure executive and senior leadership; it will also help firms implement search and hiring best practices and implement internal talent development programs and succession planning.

White starts her new role today. “From clarifying needs, developing strategy, performing searches, assessing and interviewing candidates to securing the best candidate, each company will have our highest commitment,” White said.
