Inspectify wins the 2022 T3 Tech Summit Pitch Battle

The company, which aims to simplify the home inspection process, was awarded $50,000 from T3 Sixty

NEWPORT BEACH, CALIF. Nov 14, 2022 – T3 Sixty, the residential real estate brokerage industry’s leading management consulting and research firm, named Inspectify as the winner of the T3 Tech Summit Pitch Battle, which offered a grand prize award of $50,000. Held at the VEA Resort in Newport Beach, the first-ever Tech Summit also featured awards for brokerage marketing, immersive Real Estate Experience Rooms and a keynote address from Dr. Ayanna Howard, an AI and robotics expert.

In the first round of the pitch battle, companies were categorized by their place in the marketing funnel, allowing competitors to pitch against like-minded offerings and for the audience to make easy comparisons. Sixteen total companies (four in each category) pitched to a panel of industry peers and the lively audience.

“The Pitch Battle was an exciting component of the 2022 T3 Tech Summit, which was a unique event in itself,” said Andrew Binkley, President at Constellation1, which provided a Data Services package from its center of data excellence as part of the top prize. “We were pleased to be among the judges and to witness the innovation from startup proptech companies that will no doubt offer great value to the industry. Congratulations to the winners in each category and to Inspectify on winning the top prize.”

Winners were named in each category:

  • Top of funnelVuse, a video-focused content-creation app for agents
  • Middle of funnelAM Cards, which offers custom cards that mark milestones and build deeper relationships with clients
  • Bottom of funnelInspectify, a company that aims to take the stress out of the home inspection process
  • End of transactionKintaro.io, a platform that helps real estate companies make stronger, data-backed decisions

In the second round, the top four companies pitched to a broader industry audience, and were pressed to answer rapid-fire questions from leading real estate companies and franchises. At the end of the battle, Inspectify was named the overall winner of the pitch battle; the company took home a $50,000 prize.

“This new format played out perfectly, as companies battled their way in the first round against similar products in their respective funnel areas,” said Travis Saxton, Senior Vice President of Technology Consulting for T3 Sixty. “Then the industry spoke and I was surprised to see a very practical, bottom-of-the-funnel solution take home a historical prize in real estate. Inspectify aimed their pitch perfectly at the audience, and it was well-deserved for them to take home the grand prize.”

EXHIBIT design awards
A second competition, the EXHIBIT Design Awards, evaluated the best brokerage branding by region. These awards were based on a review of the collection of brand materials, including website, digital elements and print materials. More than 100 brokerages applied for the competition and went through two rounds of semi-finalists and finalists. This competition was sponsored and run by MAXA, and winners were named in three regions:

Real Estate Experience Rooms
Rather than a traditional exhibit hall, the T3 Tech Summit featured experience rooms, where attendees could immerse themselves in emerging and existing technology, ask in-depth questions and better put themselves in the positions of the agents, brokers and consumer audiences.

Highlights from the Real Estate Experience Rooms included:

  • Vail immersive experience, from The Stockton Group Immersion Theatre and Connect Now
  • The convergence of real estate search and data, from CoreLogic
  • The future of real estate teams, from Ylopo, Follow Up Boss and Tom Ferry
  • Driving hyperlocal engagement strategies, from LiveBy, Union Street Media, Testimonial Tree and Wiki Realty
  • Powering brokerage profitability through AI, from Cloze, LoLo Gifts and Constellation1
  • The intersection of big data and marketing automation, from LeadingRE, Likely.ai, ListTrac and QuantumDigital
  • The future of integrated services, from homegenius
  • Single button technology automation for agents, from MoxiWorks, milestones.ai, Wavv and Zavvie
  • Building your reputation in front of the right audience on social media, from RedX
  • The future of lead generation and website traffic analysis, from Curaytor

“The T3 Tech Summit was designed explicitly for leaders who make technology decisions for their real estate organizations,” said T3 Sixty President and CEO Jack Miller. “We are proud to hear that each segment of the Summit — from the pitch battles and branding competition, to the Experience Rooms and speakers — were well-received and provided this unique audience opportunities for peer learning, networking and deep discussions about the future of our industry.”
