The Swanepoel T3 Group, residential real estate’s definitive strategic information firm, has hired Aman Daro as its director of marketing. Daro, an award-winning real estate marketing specialist with over 20 years of experience, comes from the standout San Francisco Bay Area brokerage Red Oak Realty where he served as director of marketing and analytics for the past five years.
Daro will work closely with Swanepoel T3 Group Chairman and CEO Stefan Swanepoel and president Jack Miller on marketing the firm’s initiatives including its publishing division; its executive conference, T3 Summit; its brokerage accelerator, T3 Fellows; and its management consulting arm, T3 Sixty.
“Aman is an important addition to our strategy to grow our best-in-class suite of real estate industry consulting, research and development services,” Swanepoel said.
During his tenure at Red Oak Realty, Daro led the company’s extensive rebrand and fed its growth with a focus on creativity and technology. His work earned two marketing awards and a nomination for Red Oak Realty as the most innovative brokerage of the year in 2013 by residential real estate news firm Inman News.
Daro has seven years of experience managing integrated campaigns for large advertising agencies including Saatchi & Saatchi/New York and DDB and J Walter Thompson on brands such as Procter & Gamble, General Mills and Sun Microsystems. He has served as director of marketing for various San Francisco Bay Area independent brokerages for the past 15 years. In those roles, he oversaw the development of award-winning custom websites, the overhaul of back-end systems and the creation of cutting-edge advertising campaigns.
