We include free standard shipping to the continental U.S. and Canada. Orders placed before 1 p.m. PST will usually ship the same day; expect delivery within three to five business days.

Yes. HTTPS/SSL encryption secures our site. This protocol applies a layer of SSL/TLS encryption on top of standard HTTP. The SSL verifies that you are taken directly to the correct server and ensures only that server can read what you send it.
After checkout, we will email you a receipt. If you have not received an email, please check your spam folder. When your order is ready for shipping, you will receive another email with the tracking number and expected day of delivery.

The Swanepoel Trends Report is published each year on December 1st. Preorders begin in September and special preorder discounts are honored until November 30th.
Yes, special bulk pricing is available, which can save buyers up to $50 per report. The bulk discount applies automatically when you update the quantity field on the online order form. If you are interested in ordering more than 50 reports, please contact us.
T3 Sixty guarantees your satisfaction. If you believe you have not gained any value or knowledge from the Swanepoel Trends Report, we will provide a full refund (less shipping charges) up to 14 days after delivery. All reports must be returned unmarked and undamaged.
