As brokerage and franchise executives face the ever-changing real estate landscape, T3 Sixty is pleased to announce that Dean Cottrill is joining the company as President of its Brokerage Consulting Division.
Cottrill will leverage over 20 years of hands-on real estate management experience to help brokers and their companies reach higher levels of success and profitability.
As part of T3 Sixty, the principal management consulting team in the residential real estate brokerage industry, he will also lead T3 Fellows, the leadership mentoring program for owners and managers wishing to accelerate their company’s growth.
Cottrill has held several senior-level positions with real estate brokerage organizations including Long & Foster, Weichert Realtors and Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage (NRT), where he spent the last 10 years of his career. As Group President at CB, he oversaw 66 sales offices and 4,000+ associates that generated more than $9 billion in annual sales volume.
Cottrill has fostered a reputation for building strong leaders and teams. He introduced cutting-edge systems and programs that were then implemented at brokerages around the country.
We are excited to add Dean to the T3 Sixty team which has made other significant hires in recent months, including Travis Saxton, who leads technology consulting, Michele Conn, who steers mergers and acquisitions, and Kevin McQueen, who oversees the MLS division.
Please welcome Dean!
