The overall 2019 Swanepoel Power 200 (SP200) ranks the most powerful leaders in the residential real estate brokerage industry as at December 31, 2018 with adjustments made for major announcements between aforesaid date and publication on January 15, 2019. The Top 20 Women Executives List is a subset of the main Power200 List, and acknowledges women leaders who hold the highest senior executive positions in the residential real estate brokerage industry.

Hanna Holdings

Hanna Casey is part of a second-generation sibling team that runs 60-year-old Hanna Holdings and Howard Hanna Real Estate Services. After acquiring Allen Tate Companies in September 2018, the company now has 11,000 agents and employees in 326 offices generating more than $23 billion in annual sales and making it the 6th largest brokerage in the nation (2018 Mega 1000).
