The overall 2019 Swanepoel Power 200 (SP200) ranks the most powerful leaders in the residential real estate brokerage industry as at December 31, 2018 with adjustments made for major announcements between aforesaid date and publication on January 15, 2019. The Top 20 Technology Executives List is a subset of the main Power200 List, and acknowledges executives with technology companies who primarily serve residential real estate brokerage companies.

Zillow Group continued impressive growth in 2018, with revenue up 21.9 percent in the first nine months of 2018 over the same period in 2017, from $794.5 million to $968.2 million. Zillow Group should easily end 2018 with over $1.2 billion in revenue and remain the undisputed dominant portal, with Rascoff firmly leading the charge.
