This role will focus on providing oversight for brokers across 6 offices, as well as local MLS NAR, and IAR rules. This person will process, and problem solve E&O claims, earnest money disputes, and client and broker-to-broker disputes. Additional oversight will be provided for sales contests, production analysis, relocation and leads management, as well as participation in leadership retreats, annual conventions, and management teams deployment of new programs, tools, and services.
