How It Works
T3 Fellows is a 12-month program which is designed to build your specific business. We start by understanding your situation, then help craft a custom plan for you to grow. We continually work with you step-by-step to optimize the most important facets of your business and to achieve your goals.
We combine an online curriculum with one-on-one consulting. T3 Fellows’ mentors work with you several times a month to answer questions and keep you on track and accountable.
We hold two T3 Fellows Retreats a year. These intimate gatherings offer a small group of like-minded brokers the opportunity to connect with each other, T3 mentors and T3 Sixty leadership, providing them with specific, actionable feedback.
T3 Fellows helped us analyze our competition and understand how we stack up in terms of our strengths, weaknesses and opportunities. That lead to a lot of ‘a-has,’ and that was just in the first 90 days of the program.
