T3 Intel provides digital, 24/7 access to T3 Sixty’s award-winning real estate research and analysis in one location. The service’s library includes almost 3,000 pages of research at launch and features an intelligent search algorithm that helps users accurately find the information and related subject matter they need. Learn more in this article.

After years in the works, T3 Sixty launched digital access to its award-winning publications with the launch of T3 Intel – short for Trends, Technology and Transformational Intelligence – for the first time. Now everyone can have 24/7 access to years of T3 Sixty’s in-depth industry research and analysis, including the Swanepoel Trends Report, the Real Estate Almanac (which includes the SP 200, ORE 200, Tech 500, Enterprise list and Mega 1000) and numerous other publications.

The T3 Intel library released at launch in early January includes nearly 3,000 pages of industry specific research, which will grow on a monthly basis as T3 continually adds its latest research and analysis to the platform.

T3 Intel also features T3’s proprietary search algorithm built specifically to function within the residential real estate brokerage industry. The search engine, built with artificial intelligence and enhanced with decades of inside real estate knowledge and experience, helps users find the “right” content in seconds. The platform delivers search results ranked and graded by their value and relevance to the search terms with search tiles, which include relevance grade, publication date, page count and a short description.

For example, a search for “commissions,” turns up the following results:

  • 2020 Swanepoel Trends Report chapter “Inside the Class-Action Antitrust Lawsuits
  • 2020 Swanepoel Trends Report chapter “The Diminishing Viability of Traditional Real Estate Brokerages”
  • 2018 Swanepoel Trends Report chapter “Rise of the Modern Discount Brokerage”
  • 2017 Swanepoel Trends Report chapter “When Real Estate Self-Regulation Ends”
  • 2019 Swanepoel Trends Report chapter “The Evolving Real Estate Value Proposition”
