T3 Sixty’s flagship conference, the T3 Summit, is an annual invite-only think tank for residential real estate industry CEOs and C-level executives. Attendees include executives from brokerage companies, franchisors, Realtor associations and MLS organizations. A limited number of technology and other key service providers also receive invites.

A very large number of the most powerful and influential leaders, as listed on the annual SP200, attend the T3 Summit, more than any other event.

Event Highlights

Progressive CEOs and C-level executives attend the Summit to discuss the trends shaping the industry and its future. Learn first-hand what the industry’s most powerful leaders are thinking and doing.

The T3 Summit fosters strategic discussions in a noncompetitive atmosphere. The Summit has does not permit pay-to-play talks. There are no trade exhibitions or promotions, and media is not invited.

The T3 Summit is an invite-only event and attendance is capped at 400 executives.

The Summit has sold out every year since 2015 with a waiting list of over 75 executives in 2021. Tickets are on very high demand, but a few seats are allocated to new entrants/executives every year.

Attendance

The T3 Summit is a leadership event at the highest level, to maintain the quality of thought and discussion at the Summit, we follow the following directive.

So as to enable broad and balanced cadre of attendees, no one company is permitted to dominate with large numbers of registrants.
Registrations are, as a general rule, capped to three executives per brokerage, five per Association/MLS (two staff and 3 from elected leadership), and vendors are limited to two executives per company. Attendees must be C-title executives or founders. Sales and business development executives are not permitted. T3 Sixty, organizers of the T3 Summit, hold the right to deny access to anyone.
We understand positions/titles vary from brokerages to large global companies. This is a leadership think tank and not a sales or business development vehicle. Therefore, we encourage Chairmen, CEOs, Presidents, COOs, CTOs, CIOs, CSOs, but will review on a case-by-case basis and discourage, or usually decline, Sales, Business Development and Recruiting type of positions.
