What We Believe
- T3 Sixty is passionately committed to the success and future growth of the residential real estate brokerage industry.
- By providing consulting services, research, mentorship and making investments, we are dedicated to the real estate professionals who make the real estate brokerage industry their livelihood.
- Our goal is to see all members of our community succeed – from the largest franchise organizations, to independent brokers, to Realtor associations and MLSs, to innovative business models and the newest technology startups.
- By combining fact-based analysis with a deep understanding of the inner-workings of the industry, we can help real estate professionals implement best practices. This creates success today, and an ever-evolving – and improving – industry for the future.
The T3 Sixty team believes that companies have a moral duty to contribute to the industries they serve and the communities they live in. We have supported fundraising efforts of local Realtor organizations, especially in the communities hardest hit by natural disasters.
Recent commitments and donations include:

Boys and Girls Club to inspire and enable youth irrespective of their race, color or religious creed to reach their full potential as productive, responsible and caring citizens.
