Derek Tayler

Executive Chairman
Stefan Swanepoel
Stefan is widely recognized as a leading visionary of real estate trends. In his nearly four decades of high-level real estate industry experience, he has served as CEO of nine companies and two nonprofit organizations. Stefan has authored or co-authored over 50 books, which, collectively, have appeared on over 22 bestseller lists including that of the New York Times, Wall Street Journal, USA Today, CEO Read, and Amazon. His academic accomplishments include a B.S. in science, a master’s degree in business economics, and diplomas in arbitration, computer science and mergers and acquisitions.

President and CEO
Jack Miller
Jack is responsible for the overall management and financial health of T3 Sixty. He previously served as T3 Sixty’s chief technology officer and lead of T3 Fellows, a division of T3 Sixty. He has two decades of real estate industry experience with management roles in franchising, franchise ownership and brokerage. Prior to joining the real estate industry, Jack worked in multiple technology startup companies including as a partner and investor. He is a consistent contributor to the Swanepoel Trends Report, as well as various white papers and abstracts on technology. Jack has a B.S. in electrical and computer engineering from the University of Texas.

Company Information Officer (CIO)
Tinus Swanepoel
Tinus is responsible for one of T3 Sixty’s most important assets – information and data. During his tenure at T3 Sixty he has held senior positions, including chief operating officer and executive vice president. He specializes in system design and technology implementation and has a deep understanding of how to harness technology to solve today’s problems. Previously, he worked as a project manager and solutions architect where he helped streamline over $30 billion in projects across the U.S., South Korea, Australia and Saudi Arabia. He holds engineering degrees in aerospace and mechanical engineering and an MBA from the University of California.

Executive Vice President, T3 Events
Darlene Lyons
Darlene is an event strategist and now the leader of T3 Events, T3 Sixty’s events division.  She has over 30 years’ experience in producing over 5,000 events, has worked with many of the worlds’ leading artists and professional speakers, and has executed event management turnarounds taking multiple client event series from bankruptcy to profitability.  In her capacity leading EzEvents prior to T3 Sixty’s acquisition, she led the company to win more than 15 awards for event promotion, effective ad campaigns and Style Magazine’s People’s Choice awards for three years in a row. Darlene is responsible for leading T3 Sixty’s banner event, the T3 Summit, and for client events managed by T3 Sixty.

Executive Vice President, Brokerage
Dean Cottrill
Dean leads T3 Sixty’s brokerage consulting division, with emphasis on helping brokers and their companies reach higher levels of success and profitability. He is also the director for T3 Fellows, the company’s MBA-style real estate leadership program. Dean has over two decades of hands-on leadership experience and has held senior-level management positions with Long & Foster, Weichert Realtors and Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage (NRT). As Group President at Coldwell Banker, he oversaw 66 sales offices on the east coast from Georgia to Delaware which had over 4,000 agents and did more than $10 billion in annual sales volume. He holds a B.S. in Accounting from Indiana University of Pennsylvania.

Executive Vice President, Technology
Travis Saxton
Travis leads T3 Sixty’s technology consulting division, including the T3 Insider program, an enterprise growth and coaching program for technology companies and the annual T3 Tech Summit conference. He has more than a decade of experience in residential real estate technology, management consulting in the communications and digital marketing industry and has helped grow a multimillion-dollar agency in a highly competitive industry. He has guided hundreds of technology companies in the real estate industry, has authored more than 10 reports, and has spoken at over 100 industry conferences. He holds a M.S. in Science from the University of North Dakota.

Executive Vice President, Publications; Editor-in-Chief
Paul Hagey
As Editor-in-Chief, Paul is responsible for all T3 Sixty publications, including the firm’s hallmark report, the Swanepoel Trends Report, an annual analysis of the top trends shaping the residential real estate brokerage industry, as well as the Real Estate Almanac, the industry most extensive compendium of data. Before joining T3 Sixty, Paul was a reporter at Inman News and freelanced for a wide range of publications, including Texas Monthly, Missouri Conservationist, and Comstock’s Magazine. He holds an M.A. from the University of Missouri Graduate School of Journalism.

Executive Vice President, Strategic Development
Jonathan Peterson
Jonathan is part of T3 Sixty’s technology consulting team, and specifically oversees the company’s broker tech projects. Before joining T3 Sixty, he served as vice president at Lone Wolf Real Estate Technologies and worked as an enterprise account executive with DocuSign. Jonathan has consulted with numerous business owners and brokers to improve customer and partner relationships and strengthen their business, improving their use of technology tools.

Senior Vice President, Organized Real Estate
Clint Skutchan
Clint leads T3 Sixty’s Organized Real Estate consulting division and is responsible for all the company’s Realtor association and MLS activities. He has over a decade of real estate industry experience including as CEO of a Realtor association in Colorado. Clint helps Realtor association and MLS clients refine their organizational structure and execute more effective strategic planning. Clint is a self-defined workaholic and lover of all thing’s bikes, bands and beer. He holds a B.A. in Sociology from Colorado State University.

Vice President, Research and Company Economist
Dr. Paul Bishop
At T3 Sixty, Paul provides expertise in economic analysis, survey design and market research. Before joining T3 Sixty, Paul was the Vice President of Research at the National Association of REALTORS® where he conducted research on the economic and demographic forces influencing real estate and was a frequent speaker at industry events. Bishop earned his Ph.D. in economics from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and holds the Certified Business EconomistTM (CBE) certification in business economics and data analytics from the National Association for Business Economics.

Vice President, Talent
Dan Breault
As VP of T3 Talent, Dan helps clients find, attract and hire top talent by personally conducting executive searches during the hiring process. Dan has an in-depth background of 17+ years in the residential real estate industry, both as the head of organizations as well as working with international franchise leadership teams. With extensive experience recruiting and building teams in various industries, and as a prior business owner, Dan understands hiring the right people is the first and most important step in building a business.

Frederick Herot
Frederick has spent his career fighting the status quo in real estate marketing. By anticipating the needs of agents and brokers alike, he developed new online marketing categories that altered the industry landscape and propelled the success of companies like Weichert, realtor.com and Top Producer. He excels at product and market positioning, and he delivers communication that illuminates agent and broker benefits. He builds marketing solutions that penetrate the target market by using testimonials and social proof to demonstrate a company’s core beliefs and unique value differentiators.

Vice President, Finance
David Pikovsky
David serves as Vice President of Finance for T3 Sixty. He is responsible for financial accounting and reporting, human resources, and operations. David began his career in public accounting before joining the largest franchise in the HMS Home Warranty network as a controller. He advanced to the position of CFO then to COO and became a senior sales leader when the franchise was acquired by the Cinch Home Services. David is a Real Estate Industry thought leader with experience focused on business operations, strategic process implementation, business development and senior level sales. David is a Certified Public Accountant and a graduate of the University of Pittsburgh.

Vice President, Brokerage Projects
Richard Rosenblum
Richard Rosenblum is a brokerage industry specialist who has operated both brokerage and mortgage companies. He was Zillow’s first corporate broker in establishing key brokerage operations for Zillow in the Northeast, and also developed a brokerage affiliated program for credit unions. As a practicing Real Estate Agent and Broker (in several states) for over 29 years, Richard is a real estate expert on matters of Realtor Standard of Care, fiduciary responsibility, agency representation, breach of contract matters, mortgages, Mold, Water Penetration, and premises liability. He possesses expertise in matters of mortgage fraud, contractual disputes, seller’s disclosure, agency relationship, and employment relationship breaches. Richard is also a Certified Fraud Examiner, Certified Financial Crime Specialist, and former Federal Agent, and is a licensed broker in 10 states.

Vice President, Brokerage and Team Consulting
Lisa Piccardo
Lisa adds depth to T3 Sixty’s bench of industry consultants, and will be responsible for the delivery and management of brokerage and team consulting programs for the company. She most recently served as global vice president, lead affiliate services for Sotheby’s International Realty where she lead the servicing team for the U.S. and Canada and served as a business consultant for affiliates throughout the Mountain West region. She and her team supported approximately 150 independently owned and operated Sotheby’s International Realty companies and 600 offices working closely with the affiliates to develop strategies that focused on growth and profitability, recruiting and retention and brand engagement.
