Our management consultancy serves six distinct verticals, each headed by a full-time, dedicated and experienced management consultant. Collectively, members of the T3 Sixty leadership team have over 200 years of industry experience and have held many tens of C-suite positions.

Our data and information company provides data and technology services to clients both inside and outside the residential real estate brokerage industry. It holds various patents, trademarks, and copyrights.

Our research practice has in the past three decades published over 50 titles (books, studies, and reports) covering every facet of the industry. The Swanepoel Trends Report is probably the most-awarded title in the industry, having won Gold from the National Association of Real Estate Editors and both Silver and Bronze from the Axiom business book awards. Other well-known titles include the DANGER Report, the SP 200, and the Real Estate Almanac.

Our investment company regularly makes investments in companies in the real estate industry, both public and private. These are passive, long-term investments and include companies such as: Berkshire Hathaway, eXp World Holdings, Fathom Holdings, Realogy, Redfin, RE/MAX and Zillow Group. We do not speculate or day-trade. We also do not accept offers to serve on other companies’ boards of directors.

Our charitable foundation is a 501(c)(3) charitable company created to improve diversity in the residential real estate brokerage industry by introducing a real estate career to more people from underrepresented groups. The foundation serves to better position, explain and provide a roadmap to participants to help them pursue a purposeful, sustainable and financially successful career in real estate. T3 Sixty has also supported other charities such as: Easter Seals, Boys and Girls Club, Animal Rescue Foundation, Texas Association of Realtors Disaster Relief Fund and the Florida Realtors Disaster Relief Fund.
